Fault Lights
Indicate a Fault in the associated IRU which could cause erroneous outputs.
DC Fail Lights
Indicate that DC power is not available to the associated IRU.
ON DC Lights
Indicate that the associated IRU is operating on backup DC power.
Align Lights
Indicate the associated IRU is in the Alignment process, during which the platform Aligns itself with vertical and true north.
IRU Mode Selectors
- OFF - Remove all power from the associated IRU. Alignment is lost.
- ALIGN - Initiates Alignment of the associated IRU.
- NAV - Allows associated IRU to enter the Navigation mode when alignment is complete.
- ATT - Provides Attitude and heading data only.
