MAX IND Reset Button
Resets overtemp and displays. Associated data is stored in computer memory.
Thrust Reference Set Knob
- Inner Knob - Establishes manual control of reference EPR for engines selected on outer knob.
When pulled, causes thrust mode indicator to display MAN and reference EPR indicator to indicate 1.55 EPR. Rotating after
pulling sets desired EPR.
- Outer Knob - Selects either or both engines for manual EPR control by Inner Knob.
Computer Selector
- L / R - Selects associated EICAS computer for operation.
- AUTO - Selects left EICAS computer for operation and right for backup.
Right computer takes over automatically if left fails.
Event Record Button
Records in computer memory system data as of time pushed in flight. If pushed more than once, erases previous data and reports new data.
EICAS Display Status Switch
Selects Status display on lower CRT if blank or in secondary engine mode.
EICAS Display Engine Switch
Selects Status secondary engine display on lower CRT if blank.
BRT Knob
- Inner Knob - Set Brightness of upper CRT.
- Outer Knob - Set Brightness of lower CRT.
